7 Weeks out from Kona... The Four Musketeers have ramped up their training in a massive way and Kona is fast becoming a reality. The next 4 weeks will be solid training with maximum intensity, followed by 3 weeks of conditioning and taper before race day.

This weekend the Musketeers say farewell to hills of Wisemans Ferry, Akuna Bay and Wollongong as they head to Kurnell for 180kms of TT loops. The weather looks doubtful, but the spirit of the Musketeers is unwavering. Look out for them!
